Happy Friday Dolphins!! We are just a few weeks away from the first day of practice and it's a great time for a few updates!

Registration is still open! If you have LF2 friends, let them know it's not too late to register. We have plenty of room for LF2 members! We are taking additional OOA on a waitlist basis as we are nearly full and need to make sure we don't exceed our limit. 

Practice starts April 29! Make sure you check out the practice schedule and group descriptions. The first week of practice can be a little hectic and swimmers may be shuffled between groups based on ability. Younger swimmers will be evaluated for readiness as well.  

Team suits and gear are available through CAS Swimshop! Our team code is LFD. Remember that each registered swimmer will receive a T-shirt and swim cap this year to display their Dolphin spirit at our meets! CAS will be on the pool deck May 2 for suit fittings. Team suits are not required and your swimmer is welcome to wear a plain black suit as well. 

Picture Day is May 13! Your registration includes a photo package with the option to purchase additional photos or buddy photos! More information is coming with details! 

Intrasquad is May 19! Our first meet is Sunday, May 19 and this is a Dolphins-only meet. This is a great way for new swimmers to experience their first meet and for all of our swimmers to set their baseline times. It's a ton of fun on the pool deck! Not sure what to expect at a meet?
