2010 Monthly Winter Registration

Lake Forest 2 Stingrays

Due to popular demand Coach Sam is coaching the Lake Forest 2 Stingrays Swim Program! The name has changed, but the program is the same. There will be several sessions that you can choose from and the practices will take place at the Sun & Sail Club.

Practices are held Monday, Wednesday & Friday. Swimmers will be placed in a Bronze, Silver or Gold group based on their swimming ability.

Group Time
Bronze 4:00p – 4:45p
Silver 4:45p – 5:45p
Gold 5:45p – 7:00p

The sessions are as follows:

Session #1 Monday, September 13th – Friday, October 1st 3 Weeks
Session #2 Monday, October 4th – Friday, October 29th 4 Weeks
Session #3 Monday, November 1st – Friday, November 26th 4 Weeks
Session #4 Monday, November 29th – Friday, December 17th 3 Weeks
Session #5 Monday, January 10th – Friday, January 28th 3 Weeks
Session #6 Monday, January 31st – Friday, February 25th 4 Weeks
Session #7 Monday, February 28th – Friday, March 25th 4 Weeks
Session #8 Monday, March 28th – Friday, April 22nd 4 Weeks

Pricing:
3 week sessions (sessions 1, 4 and 5) - $60 first member swimmer, $65 first non-member swimmer. Second child in the same family - $55, third child - $50, fourth child - $45

4 week sessions (sessions 2, 3, 6, 7 and 8) - $70 first member swimmer, $75 first non-member swimmer. Second child in the same family - $60, third child - $55, fourth child - $50

2010 Summer Practice Schedule

Summer practice is Monday thru Friday starting June 28th until July 30th. Note that all Dolphins are welcome to swim through the last week of practice. It is not restricted to the swimmers going to finals.

The following are practice times for the following age groups:

11:00am - 12:00pm 7 - 8 year olds
12:00pm - 01:00pm 9 - 10 year olds
