2009 Relay Finals (Away)

When: Saturday, June 27th at 7:30a
Where: Corona Del Mar High School

Please check the Relay Roster on the pool deck to see if your child will be swimming in the Relays.

If your child has been chosen to swim for our team, please make every effort to be there. We really need our top swimmers if we want to be competitive.

Signup at 7:30a, warm up at 8:00a, relays start at 9:00a sharp!

Make sure to come early for sign-ups. Check up on your volunteer job to make sure you have it scheduled and will be present.

If you cannot make your volunteer assignment, it is up to you to make arrangements for a replacement and to notify the person you report to of the change!

The hosting team has given us some information about the meet to pass along to those of you who will be attending:

1. Parking at Corona Del Mar High School – If you are arriving after 7am, do not plan to park in the lot closest to the pool (Lot #1), it will be full. You are better off looking to park by the baseball diamond or on the lot at the corner of EastBluff and Mar Vista. Please reference the map on our website .
2. EZ Ups are not allowed for personal use in the pool area. Since our last visit to CDM, they have installed beautiful shade structures over the bleachers. If you'd like to setup in an area outside the pool, feel free to bring your cover.
3. Advertising Info – There is still time to get a personal or business note into the program. The deadline has been extended to Wednesday June 24th. Please view the advertising document on our website.

4. If you want to bring a cooler, please keep it small. Seating and foot areas are limited.
