2009 Awards Banquet

Dear Dolphin Families-

Sunday, August 2nd from 12-2, we will be having our final social
event. This event is the most important to our swimmers because they
receive their trophies and are recognized for a job well done. I hope
all of you can make it.

This week there will be a flier in your cubbie indicating what each
family needs to bring to the potluck event. Please do not forget your
item. If you can bring it in disposable products that would be ideal.

The event will be held at the amphitheater. We will be providing the
fried chicken and paper goods for the team, but you will need to
bring your own shade, chairs and drinks.

Please bring the assigned item (by last name) to serve 15-25 people.

• A – D Dessert
• E – L Green or Veggie Salad
• M – Q Potato or Pasta Salad
• R – Z Fruit
