2008 Sun & Sail Club Card Policy

The Dolphins Swim Team would like to thank the Sun & Sail Club and its staff for hosting the team. The Dolphins and the Club would like to make sure all swimmers and their families are aware of the Front Desk Policies in order that entry into the club is as smooth as possible.

Cards must be brought at all times.
After 3rd consecutive time without a card, you will be turned away
During Home Meets, please do not use the Front Desk, use the Lower Gate instead
During Home Meets, Visitors (friends, grandparents, etc) must sign a waiver form which is provided at the Lower Gate
All "In Area" children 7 and above need to get their new club card
All "In Area" children 14 and above need to bring in their old club card to get their new "age-up" club card
"Out Of Area" parents who want to use the Fitness Room must pay $3.00 per visit and be signed in by a member
After Fitness Room use, return key immediately as there are a limited number of keys and the front desk has a waiting list of members wanting to use the facility
Swimmers who are car-pooled by other parents should have their cards with them, or the swimmer's parent must call the Front Desk (949-586-0860) ahead of time notifying them the swimmer will be with another parent
