Butterfly

1a  Alternating Kick

1b  Kick breaststroke type, feet turned out/whip kick

1c  Scissors kick/not same horizontal plane

1h  Non-simultaneous touch

1i  Body not on breast during swim

1j  Head did not break the surface by 15 meters

1k  Shoulders not at or past vertical towards breast off the wall

Backstroke

2a  Delay initiating turn after arm pull once towards breast

2b  Delay initiating arm pull once towards breast

2c  More than one arm pull while on breast

2d  Not on back off wall

2e  Shoulders past vertical toward breast at finish

2f  Not on back during swim

2g  No touch at turn

2h  Toes curled over gutter after the start

2i  Completely submerged prior to turn or finish

2j  Head did not break the surface by 15 meters
